With extra support if you need it

Support Plus for RIO

With RIO we offer an optional support package to provide ongoing maintenance and support of your integration solution. This will free you up to manage your business and not your integrations, as we'll monitor, maintain and provide minor updates as part of the service.

For a low monthly fee we provide a list of monitoring and notification services, including:

• Active monitoring of hosted integrations for error conditions.
• Proactive error notification via email.
• Remote fix.
• Resubmit after fix for hosted integrations.
• Notification of data type errors.
• Notification of any system or application errors that are preventing the integration process to proceed.

In addition to monitoring we also provide some ongoing maintenance of your integration solutions, including:

• Minor changes to Connector settings, e.g. password changes.
• Minor changes to data mapping, including adding new custom fields.
• Application of any patch or updates that are applicable to licensed connector(s) used in the integration.
