RIO ReadyMade packages are pre-built integration solutions that provide for commonly requested integration scenarios between major applications.

You open the ReadyMade package, install the product, configure some basic settings and your integration just works.

RIO ReadyMade is a result of WDCi looking for opportunities where we can package up a solution that provides standard functionality, resulting in a product that is low-cost and rapid to install, configure and manage.

How much does it cost?

RIO ReadyMade packages start from as low as AUD1000 (ex GST) per year. Contact us for pricing details for our ReadyMade solutions.

What about support?

There are two options for the support of your RIO ReadyMade package:

• Email Support and Updates are included in the annual fee.
• If you require more than our standard support, we can provide Support Plus for a low monthly fee.

How it works?

If you run RIO ReadyMade at your site, it is a small (~10MB) installable software package. Depending on your applications you may be able to run your solution in the cloud, with no software to install.

We provide you with the software, activation keys and we assist you to install and configure. It typically takes less than 1 hour for us to install and configure the tool to start transferring data between the systems.

This RIO ReadyMade package is pre-built to synchronise commonly requested data between the MYOB Accounting system and salesforce.com.

What does it do?

This package synchronises key data between MYOB and salesforce.com, providing the ability to:

1. Automatically Create MYOB Sales Orders:
• A MYOB Item Sales Order is automatically created when the Salesforce Opportunity has reached the Closed Won stage.
2. Synchronise customer information:
• Salesforce Account details are periodically synchronized to MYOB Company Cards.
• Salesforce Opportunity Contact details are periodically synchronized to MYOB Cards.
3. Synchronise Product information:
• MYOB Items details are periodically synchronized to Salesforce Products.

This RIO ReadyMade package is pre-built to transfer commonly requested data from the Business Catalyst eCommerce system to the MYOB Accounting software.

What does it do?

This package takes cash sales from the Business Catalyst website and enters these sales in MYOB, eliminating the need to re-key website transactions into your MYOB system:

1. Automatically create MYOB Invoices from Business Catalyst website sales:
• Business Catalyst Customers are matched/created to MYOB Individual Cards.
• A MYOB Invoice is automatically created after the Business Catalyst website has recorded the sale.
2. Automatically record the payment for the website cash sale:
• For Business Catalyst Orders that are paid at the time of the transaction, the MYOB invoice is recorded as paid.
