Deborah has a 20 year background covering development, support, consulting, sales and operational management for technology companies. She has extensive global experience including the Asia Pacific market where she has worked with and managed many teams across the region over the past 10+ years.
Prior to joining WDCi, Deborah was the CEO of the CustomWare Group. Prior to CustomWare, Deborah worked for webMethods for a period of 5 years, where she was the Vice President of Operations for the Asia Pacific region. Before webMethods, Deborah held several roles for Novell, Asia Pacific as well as Novell, Inc over a 6 year period. Her roles included Technical Support Engineer, Team Leader, Support Manager and eBusiness Manager, with her final role was as the Director of global eBusiness Development for Novell Inc. Prior to Novell, Deborah worked in a technical support and consulting role for Unisys Australia for a period of 6 years.
Deborah has a Bachelor of Computing Science from the University of Technology, Sydney, Australia.
Walter has worked in the IT industry for over 20 years in many technical and management roles, he has extensive experience across the entire SDLC as well as the management of technology teams and mission critical systems.
Prior to joining WDCi, Walter was the Senior Development Manager for the Integration Competency Centre for Woolworths Ltd, where he was responsible for the integration of critical systems in the Woolworths network.
Prior to Woolworths, Walter worked with webMethods Asia Pacific, where he held various roles during his 5 year tenure, including Integration Architect, Professional Services Manager for Australia and New Zealand and Support Manager for the Asia Pacific region. Prior to webMethods, Walter managed the Australian eBusiness team at Novell Asia Pacific. Before Novell, Walter worked for Unisys Australia in support, software development and consulting for a period of 5 years.
Walter has Electronics Engineering and Programming certificates as well as a Postgraduate Certificate of Management from Macquarie University, Sydney, Australia.
Donal has over 20 years experience in the delivery and management of sales, marketing, business development and client management.
Prior to joining WDCi, Donal was the Sales Director for the CustomWare Group, owning the sales strategy for software and services globally. Prior to CustomWare, Donal was a Regional Sales Manager for webMethods Australia with responsibility for sales of webMethods Enterprise Software and Services solutions in the Australian and New Zealand market. Prior to that role, Donal was an Account Director with the Oracle Corporation for a period of eight years. At Oracle, Donal was responsible for sales and account management of CRM, Process Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence solutions.
Donal holds a Bachelor of Management (Marketing) from the University of South Australia and a Diploma in Electronic Engineering from the Waterford Institute of Technology, Ireland.
Terry has a 5 year background in the development and support of solutions for global customers. Terry has a strong technical background and extensive expertise in the development of skills, processes and procedures for the delivery of global support solutions.
Prior to joining WDCi, Terry was the Vendor Support Manager for the CustomWare Group, delivering global vendor support for several leading software vendors.
Terry's core expertise is in talent management, using his skills to build out tailored career paths for his team members, driving skills development, job satisfaction and retention strategies for WDCi and our customers.
Prior to CustomWare, Terry was a Java Developer for a Malaysian Trading Company for 2 years.
Terry has a Bachelor of Computing Science and Information Technology from the APIIT/Staffordshire University(UK), Malaysia.
